Chemcon 2006 Exhibition

EXHIBITION INFORMATION

In addition to the conference sessions of ChemCon 2006 an exhibition will be organized on the same premises to accompany ChemCon 2006 from May 10th to 12th. The purpose of the exhibition is to provide up-to-date information about all kinds of technical or commercial services linked with the chemical industry e.g. information on contract research organisation or regulatory compliance tools and data base providers.

To enable your company to have the best possible contact with the delegates the exhibition is situated in an extra room next to the conference hall where all coffee and lunch breaks will take place. See also the map of the exhibition and the conference area indicating the stand areas available.

The Exhibition Package includes:

	Stand Area rent
	Booth (9 sqm – 3 x 3 m)	with 3mm thickness white laminated panel, system epoxy white aluminium frame section, 1 no. 13Amp socket outlet, 4 spot lamps for 9 sqm, 350 mm fascia board with company name & stand no. and fluorescent tubes to be installed behind fascia.
	4 chairs - design "Labofa"	as per file no. 1 enclosed (?????)
	1 table - design "Ikea"	top, white legs – size 70 x 70 cm (as per file no. 2 encl.)(?????)
	Information counter
	Waste paper basket
	Preparation and packing, transportation, set-up and dismantling.

All other equipment has to be provided by the company itself.

Renting of additional equipment via a local supplier is possible. In this case please notify the exhibition management so that we can send you contact details of the local supplier. Concerning the overall handling of the exhibition, please see the exhibition regulations.

The number of representatives of the exhibiting company is limited to 4 persons at the stand per day. Please take care of booking in time to get the full advantage of this global event as the total number of exhibitors is limited. Orders will be handled on a first-come-first-served-basis.

Furthermore you can extend your business talks and networking opportunities beyond the exhibition as we offer the possibility for exhibitors to order tickets for the social event as well.

Please note that booking the exhibition package does not enable you to take part in the conference sessions. (Registration for the conference sessions has to be done separately).
