SPONSORSHIP DETAILS ChemCon Conferences provide an excellent forum for developing new and expanding current business relationships. It´s also an ideal place to increase awareness of your organisation. By attending the conference the delegates demonstrate their interest in this field of business. You can target this highly focused international audience by raising your company profile through various business packages which are designed to give your company the best possible contact with the delegate audience. As the total number of sponsors is limited it is guaranteed that your sponsorship does not evaporate in an ocean of logos and trademarks. Packages available for ChemCon 2006 are: Basic-Package:

• Placement of your advertising material at the registration desk during check-in and at a special desk situated in the exhibition and break area.

Advanced-Package:

• Conference Handout: The name of the sponsor will be placed on the first page of the conference handout named "supporter" together with the other sponsors.
• Program: The name of the sponsor will be placed on the program folder. The positioning will be done by the organiser. Size due to positioning needs. A preliminary draft version will be announced globally by e-mail in Oct./Nov. 2005. Around January and March 2006 updated versions of the preliminary program/invitation will be announced by e-mail worldwide.
• Web page: There will be a ChemCon 2006 conference web page established by August/ September 2005 where all information concerning ChemCon 2006 e.g. program, hotel information, registration details etc. will be available. This web page will exist until the day of the conference. Names and hyperlinks to the homepages of the sponsors will be implemented there as well.
• Key CD Rom with electronic handbook access: After the conference a website with all the papers and presentations given at the conference will be established to enable delegates to download or print them. Also a collection of pictures taken at the conference will be provided. Your name will be placed on this website as well.
   
  To access these data a special Key CD Rom will be prepared and given to all delegates at the conference. The name of your company/organisation will be placed on the cover of the CD and in the content with a link to your website.
   
  Furthermore this CD will be distributed to all experts, competent authorities, associations and non governmental organisations around the globe, which show interest in these topics and order a copy. A certain number of copies will be delivered to the sponsor free of charge for individual distribution.

Partner-Package: This package includes the content of the basic and the advanced packages. Further it includes that those sponsors with a "Partner" package.

• will be named (with logo) on a prominent place as a "Partner of ChemCon 2006".
• will be contacted during the preparation of the conference and are encouraged to bring in ideas or wishes.
• are encouraged – in accordance with the organiser - to promote their organisation/company in a separate marketing session not included in the regular program but in context with the conference.
• will get 2 free tickets for the conference sessions and the social event.
• will have the option – in accordance with the organiser - to create additional tailor-made marketing events or activities in the overall context of the program (arrangements for this have to be made 1 month in advance of the event at the latest, any extra costs have to be covered by the sponsor).

Exhibition: In addition to the sponsor packages there is also the opportunity to present your company/organisation/association by taking advantage of the exhibition packages. The Exhibition hall is close to the conference hall and will be used as break area as well.
